Palmview Strawberry Fields Mountain Bike Beginner Distance: 34.5km, Difficulty: H 2 Sunday 12th July 2020 


Start at Woolies Mountain Creek cycle west along Karawatha Dr, Dixon Rd, Claymore rd to the very end where Mooloolah National Park begins. Head South on the gravel track where it Bends to the right over a causeway. Follow through 3 gates where it takes you to end of Laxton Rd. Follow to very end and follow Pignata Rd under the Bruce Hwy to Banana Benders Pub (Formally Ettamougah Pub). Return via Laxton rd to the Strawberry Fields Cafe at 133 Laxton Rd for coffee. Just past the causeway on return explore the grass track through Council reserve to Mooloolah River and return to northern exit of gravel track back to end of Claymore rd. Now cycle through Mooloolah National Park from the Boronia Track end till it becomes T Junction, turn right onto Aemula Track then Next Right at next T intersection onto Melaleuca Track and follow until it comes onto Kawana Way Roundabout and take Brightwater Boulevard exit. Cycle straight through 3 roundabouts to lakefront, follow track around east to cross over bridge over lake and follow canal path to Cootamundra Dr, right onto Bundilla boulevard , left at Karawatha Dr under the Motorway and follow creek path beside Glenfields estate, returning back to start.
